As well as spearheading the people analytics function at SeatGeek, Conor is responsible for the strategy, design, and implementation of rewards-based programming. With his passion for equity and transparency, Conor believes that equity-focused foundations are the key to achieving organizational objectives and driving sustainable growth. Before SeatGeek, Conor worked with Deloitte on various rewards and people-related M&A projects. He currently holds a B.A. in Mathematics & Economics and is an M.S. candidate in Human Capital Management at Columbia University.

We start our Virtual Total Rewards Masterclass with a short series of virtual roundtable rotations. Each of these features a 10 minute presentation from one of our expert speakers, followed by 15 minutes of peer-to-peer conversations. When the time’s up, a new team of experts will join the room for a fresh round of presentations and roundtable discussions.
