He has worked for some of the world's most admired companies, including the Walt Disney Company, Warner Bros., Amgen, and Graphiq - a tech startup acquired by Amazon - focusing on everything from multi-billion dollar M&A integrations to innovative employee engagement strategies. A passionate thinker, Simon is preparing to publish his book, "Build Smart: A Blueprint for Building a High-Performing Organization".
